Please note we do not charge for deposits paid by debit/credit cards however balances paid by debit/credit cards do carry a 2.75% fee which is charged by the card processing compaines. Please bring cash to pay any balances to avoid these charges.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another client. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charge and cancellation of your appointment after 15 minutes of the appointment due time. No refunds will be issued in such cases. IF YOU WISH TO RE-BOOK THE APPOINTMENT WITHOUT PROVIDING AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE A 50% CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE PAYABLE. Please note pre-paid treatments are non-refundable.

Once you have confirmed your booking online we will usually call you back within 24 hours to confirm your booking and where appropriate obtain payment. Please ensure you provide your phone number and email address so we may contact you, failure to do so may result in your booking not being confirmed and the appointment passed to another client.
